DevOps & Cloud Engineering That Lets You Ship With Confidence

Slow, manual releases and fragile infrastructure cost your team time every week. We automate how your software is built, tested and deployed, and set up cloud infrastructure that scales with your traffic instead of your on-call stress.

Before and after

Where teams usually are, and where we get them

Before
After
Releases happen by SSH-ing into a server on a Friday evening.
Every merge to main deploys itself, with a one-click rollback.
One environment. Testing means testing in production.
Separate staging and production with their own data and DNS.
Infrastructure lives in someone's memory and the AWS console.
Everything defined in Terraform or CDK, reviewed in pull requests.
You find out about outages from customers.
Alerts reach you before users notice; dashboards show what changed.
The cloud bill grows every month and nobody knows why.
Right-sized resources, reserved capacity, idle services cleaned up.
What we do

Four things every production system needs

01

Pipelines

  • CI on every commit
  • Automated tests as a gate
  • Zero-downtime deploys
  • Preview environments
  • One-click rollbacks
02

Infrastructure

  • Terraform or AWS CDK
  • Staging and production parity
  • Secrets management
  • DNS, TLS and load balancing
  • Container platforms
03

Reliability

  • Logging and metrics
  • Alerting that reaches a person
  • Autoscaling
  • Backups and restore drills
  • Runbooks your team can follow
04

Cost

  • Right-sizing audit
  • Reserved and spot capacity
  • Idle resource cleanup
  • Managed services where cheaper
  • Monthly cost visibility
Detailed services

From a single pipeline to a full platform

  1. CI/CD pipelines

Automated build, test and deploy pipelines so every change ships the same reliable way, with zero-downtime releases and easy rollbacks.

  2. Containers & Kubernetes

Containerizing applications with Docker and running them on Kubernetes or managed container services, sized for your real workload.

  3. Infrastructure as code

Your cloud defined in Terraform or AWS CDK, versioned and reviewable, so environments are reproducible and nothing depends on one person's memory.

  4. Cloud setup & migration

New AWS, Google Cloud or Azure environments built to best practice, or migrations from shared hosting and on-premise servers with minimal downtime.

  5. Monitoring & reliability

Logging, metrics, alerting and autoscaling so you hear about problems before your users do.

  6. Cloud cost optimization

Right-sizing, reserved capacity and cleanup of idle resources to bring an inflated cloud bill back in line.

FAQ

DevOps & Cloud questions, answered

Do we need Kubernetes?

Not always. Kubernetes pays off when you run many services or need fine-grained scaling. For a single application, a managed platform like AWS ECS, Cloud Run or Azure App Service is often cheaper and simpler. We recommend what fits, not what's fashionable.

Can you work with our existing cloud account?

Yes. We usually start with an audit of your current setup, then improve it step by step so production stays stable throughout.

Will our team be able to maintain it?

That's the goal. Everything is defined as code and documented, and we walk your team through it before handover.

Which cloud provider should we choose?

AWS has the broadest service catalogue, Google Cloud is strong for data and Kubernetes, and Azure suits teams already invested in Microsoft. Existing credits or accounts often decide it, and we'll give you a straight recommendation either way.

Have a project in mind?

Tell us what you're building. You'll get a straight answer on scope, timeline and cost, usually within one business day.
