Privacy policy
Last updated October 18, 2026. This policy explains what information DevCeon collects through devceon.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, company name (if provided), the service you're interested in and your message. When you book a call, our scheduling provider collects the details you enter on the booking form. If you email us directly, we receive your email and anything you include in it.
We don't use analytics trackers, advertising pixels or marketing cookies on this website.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, discuss and deliver the work you ask us about, and keep records of our correspondence. We never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run this website:
- Netlify hosts the website and processes contact form submissions.
- Calendly handles call bookings, under its own privacy policy.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr serve fonts and icons, which means your browser connects to their servers and shares your IP address with them.
- Our email provider stores messages sent to aaqib@devceon.com.
These providers may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, for security and reliability.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and correspondence for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of the engagement and any legal or accounting requirements afterwards. We delete enquiries that don't lead to a project when they're no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email aaqib@devceon.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
